The following is a list of precautions regarding the “”Chiba Tokutabi Campaign””.
The application is limited to travel within Chiba Prefecture by residents of Kanagawa, Chiba, Ibaraki, Gunma, Saitama, Kanagawa, Yamanashi, and Tochigi prefectures, including accompanying persons.

The vaccination certificates of all guests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the date of confirmation (in the case of a qualitative antigen test, the day before or on the day of the test). (Submission at a later date is not acceptable.)
In the case of a negative certificate, the negative certificate must be presented on the day of the test, clearly indicating the examinee’s name, date of specimen collection, test result, test method, laboratory name, date of specimen collection, name of the laboratory supervisor, and expiration date.

In the case of vaccination certificates, the certificate must be the applicant’s own.
*A user under 12 years of age accompanied by a parent or other caretaker who lives with the patient may use the service even if no vaccination or test has been conducted. (It is necessary to prove the age of the person and that he/she is living with the person with an ID card.) However, in cases where a request for self-restraint is made (e.g., when a state of emergency is declared, when priority measures are applied to prevent the spread of the virus, or when a level 3 or higher is determined in the recommendations of the Subcommittee on Countermeasures against the New Coronavirus), users between 6 and 12 years of age are not required to be vaccinated or tested. In such cases, the following identification is required at the time of stay.

Please present one of the following forms of identification for all guests at the time of check-in. Driver’s license/ Health insurance card/ Residence card/ Student ID card/ My-number card/ Residence card (for foreign residents)/ Utility bill receipt (issued within the last 3 months if you have recently moved).

You will be required to fill out the “”Chiba Tokutabi Campaign Confirmation Form””. (Documents are available at the hotel.)
*If an application is made by a person who lives outside of the target area, if a guest includes a person who lives outside of the target area, if any of the required documents are incomplete, or if any of the required documents cannot be signed, the discount will not be applied in either case.

Please note that there is a limit to the number of applications that can be accepted, and sales will be closed when the limit is reached.
*The campaign is not applicable to those living in areas designated as “”cities, towns, and villages where the infection has spread”” during the designated period.
Please note that check-in procedures will take longer than usual due to the large number of documents required by the government. We will do our best to respond as quickly as possible, but we ask for your understanding in this matter.

We assume that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions.
The vaccine is not completely effective, and even if you are vaccinated, there is a possibility that you may become infected and infect others.
Even if the test result is negative, there is a possibility of infection after the test, and there is also a possibility of false negative test result.
The traveler should avoid the risk of infection for at least two weeks prior to the start of the trip.

Important: Please follow the procedures to apply for the discount.
Please note that the room rates shown in the plan are before the discount is applied.
